so, been watching this. can't say I agree with everything, but a question I've had before came clearer: trump as the antichrist, but in a more abstract sense.
in the end times, the bloodlines battle it out to put forth their option for the antichrist, thinking that lies are true and that they can win the world. they want to rule the world. trump comes along, up through their system, steals their thunder, and essentially becomes king of the world. obviously, as the great deceiver, maga follows him because of the great acts, but maga isn't even the target audience. the target audience are the cabal adepts. they're evil religion strung them along for millenia and just when it comes time to take the reins, the deceiver swoops in and jinxs it, precisely because he knows the world can't be his nor will he let it be handed off to the cabal. he undoes all that's been built up over history. not to say trump is evil, but he can play the role of the antichrist. he's not a savior for the news as much as he is a destroyer of the old. he deceived the cabal and is now punishing his adepts, precisely what satan would do to the fallen. give them false hope just to rob them of it in the end, which is fantastic and works to maga's favor, which is why we like him.
to be clear, i'm not saying trump is satan or anything like that. i'm in no position to judge his soul, but of course the deceiver would be teetotaler! but it's mostly narrative. the antichrist part is us thinking he's here more to save rather than to destroy the old…to make way for the next part. in a way, narratively speaking, there's still a recognition that this world can't be conquered by evil, though evil does get to believe that it can. in fact, that bait and switch is the whole basis of torture and punishment in hell, false hope. evil's adepts think of themselves as worthy and potentially capable of overthrowing their leader, but in the end, they all learn that they're all just slaves and about to get an ugly schlacking by their master just because it delights him, projecting his own self-disgust at attempting to defy god onto all of the evil humans that thought the same.
the question is what happens next that could potentially save these people from the grasp of the pit?
