Strain out the best part? I don't do that. I scrape the hot pan, when its not too hot, pour it into a shallow container. The bits settle to the bottom. Want clean grease? Get it from the top, want dirty grease? That comes from the bottom. Why freeze it, it'll be gone by next Sunday anyhow.

This morning, there are a lot of folks who are unhappy with peace and we are talking the joys of bacon and bacon grease.
Can you imagine if the whole pig tasted like bacon? Why can't the whole pig taste like bacon?
