Sounds weird but it’s worked for me - probiotics. The right gut microbiome helps your body create dopamine, oxytocin, serotonin etc. which is a start to feeling better so you can deal with emotions and fears.

Great - fermented foods are prebiotics that help feed the probiotics. I swear by this, I’ve increased both in the last 2 weeks and feel much better mentally, much less anxious. Yogurt and kefir if you can have dairy, non-dairy varieties if you can’t.
