Any law enforcement officer who tells someone to "shut the fuck up" is violating 18 USC 242 Deprivation of rights under color of law. It is our RIGHT to speak, and law enforcement have ZERO authority to stop you from speaking. Look at the disdain for the people.

By the way, if someone parks on your property, you can have them towed very easily, even if the cops don't like it.

It doesn't matter if you commit a crime or not, you have to ID. It doesn't matter if it's constitutionally protected, I literally don't care, this isn't some free will state where you can do whatever you want, this is the state of Mississippi, you can go to jail no questions asked, you have to ID and you have to leave.

He doesn't cover his lies, he doesn't cover his disdain for the public, he doesn't hide that he truly believes he's above the law and doesn't care what the actual law is. This is what you get when you create a protected class of people.

No Crime, just a citizen exercising their rights, but a cop claims he has the "absolute right to ask for ID" and "by law you gotta fuckin' give it when you're asked for it".

Blatant 4th amendment violation. We the People have the RIGHT to not ID when not lawfully required to, and we have a RIGHT to go about our business, including carrying a firearm going hunting, without being harassed by domestic enemies. Cops all across the nation violate the constitution every day.
