OK so a 'hit' / hack on one doesn't effect others? grid(s) not connected? load balance etc? saw an EU miniseries where one went down whole EU(?) went down, tricky to bring back up, but that was a 'movie'.

Q still stands, so just one plant goes down, how many 'prisoners' can buy food? fuel? etc and what leads to?
