Tell them to start a SMALL business/service offering doing something they love. They MUST read 2 hours/day, EVERY SINGLE DAY on topics related to that endeavor.
At the end of four years, they'll be a world-leading authority in their field, will be in high demand and will have MONEY IN THE BANK.
