Reagan didn't kill Gaddafi, he was killed under Obama/Hillary. Reagan's actions against Gaddafi were justified in retaliation for the Pan Am 103 bombing. Though Gaddafi appeared to change and what was done to him under Obama/Hillary was not justified but them and Sarkozy in France were salivating over Libya's gold and to cause the 'refugee' crisis. There's actually another speech where Gaddifi explains exactly what would happen to Europe if his nation fell regarding migrants/refugees almost prophetic as it did happen just as he said
