Birthright citizenship was an abuse of, wait for it… Due Process. It always was a loophole to give rights to non citizens just because they somehow got on our soil for a duration. Just like some coming here to give birth and their offspring gets full citizenship and due process is like a foreign army stepping one inch on our soil and getting full due process equal to our citizens. It was never designed to be this way, logically. So, we need to take this next step in the courts with these arguments in order to facilitate deportations of illegals and over stayed Visas.
