I'm implying that the "measured" (ruled) US Supreme Court is not the highest authority of the land. THEY do not have final say, We the People do, and I believe you'll find the majority do not believe that children born here, even of "illegals" and subject to our laws ARE citizens.

Government, nor ANY public servant, has "ultimate authority". POTUS is still a public SERVANT. He, nor the courts, have authority to violate the US constitution or the rights of We the People.
I swear this place is full of morans. Tell me government worshippers, how would for instance congress amend the second amendment without violating the second amendment? They can't, so they just ignore it.
