Finished jogging at Crow Hassan reserve in Minnesota. Toyota Corolla with DC rental plates (I looked it up R 42019) pulls in. Aware some rental cars wind up in different states.. Middle eastern man with binoculars gets out. Ask him if he is birding, he says "yes, this is my first time here" with a mild accent. Seemed weird. 5 or 6 other cars in lot. Big park with places to meet. Seemed dressed well enough not to drive from DC. Planning for 4th of July activities? Probably nothing?
