Once again, let me emphasize, that even though the American people voted for President Trump to do these deportations, does not justify those actions based upon just the will of the people without the backing of lawfulness. It was always a weak argument to say that the voters put PDJT into office to do deportations and he is just dong his job, and the rogue judges knew this and continued with the weaponization ofDue Process. Due process is a process, our process for what is legal. By defining what a citizen is vs a non citizen in the Constitution, and how rights are propagated legally, is what won this. I asserted this point when the first rogue judges started to advocate: No due process in, no due process out.
