This Supreme court win vs rogue judge had to do withDue Processin it's essence. Do not think they do not watch the boards either. We defined what acitizenis according to the US constitution, either naturally born from another citizen, or a naturalized citizen from going through due process. A non citizen cannot come here just to give birth and all of a sudden due process is applied to the offspring, just as an illegal migrant cannot come here without due process and all of a sudden get full due process including paying for their legal fees; these laws were never intended to be used this way. If they were intended to be used this way, then what would happen if a 1 million man armed militia took one step into our country, would they all get their day in court at the tax payers expense, benefits and housing until the courts decide their case and they all got due process? These laws were never meant to be interpreted that way and the courts had to agree based upon this argument. So it is a big win because we won the Due Process argument that was weaponized against the President, whether it comes to birth right citizenship, illegal migrants, over stayed visas, and from present, future, and past hostile foreign factions from entering our country. This information has to be edified to quell the resistance to deportations of all types.
