They should absolutely not be allowed to blast prayers out over loudspeakers, forcing everybody to listen, and disturbing the peace. Especially multiple times per day.
Being able to hear a loud service through the walls is one thing, but nobody should be allowed to blast prayers from loudspeakers that are intended to be broadcast to the surrounding outside area.
Ice cream trucks? This isn't about ice cream trucks. Nobody wants to be forced to hear prayers blasted out numerous times each day, especially in some foreign language that only two percent of the population even understands.
