this is a good perspective piece. HuffP gets all upset about the insult, but the truth is deeper and more stark: Trump has slow rolled time itself. If you've been fighting him rather than focusing on how you can better your life and, hence, make yourself great again, you've lost a decade of your time that you'll never get back. If you've been in here the whole time, you're either a retired boomer with nothing to do and no money anyway OR you're also an idiot as much as crockett. If you've come here and gotten a great education about reality while also forwarding things in your own life, well, then, while painful, you've been in the sweet spot. This hasn't been easy for anyone. If you really want to take the cake, you've used the information in here and invested your time and money well, so that when the chaos subsides after the trump era, you'll be wildly ahead of the game. Avoiding reality or pain has been impossible. Positioning to thrive in spite of the chaos can be done though. Crockett and ilk like her are going to have no one to blame except themselves. Trump stole their time, and there is ZERO recovery that will ever make one whole on that front.
