Judge Deborah Boardman, who issued the 1st nationwide injunction against the president's birthright citizenship exec order and was overturned by SCOTUS yesterday, already has set a Monday afternoon hearing on a motion filed shortly after SCOTUS' decision was announced.
The emergency motion for a temp restraining order is being sought by CASA, the group involved in the SCOTUS decision.
Here is the proposed order–and this is what we can expect a lot of over the coming weeks.
I have no doubt Boardman, who issued her nationwide ban on Feb 5, will rush to grant this motion.
