Dang you are right about the lobes. Shit. I have looked at so many pictures; originally was leaning toward a tranny. Really thought this was it. Still, the ear surgery thing is plausible. Keep him on the table for that possibility, but detract the assuredness by X points. Wish we had compiled some kind of chart.
