At the rate this is going there won't be much choice in the matter.
If law abiding citizens can't walk down the streets because of these goons everywhere disrupting businesses plus local traffic and the local police won't step up or even facilitate this kind of crap ( I;m looking at (((YOU))) Portland_ then the citizens will have no other choice but to take action.
Unfortunately that plays right into their hands.
