What is stopping us from starting up our own…"Treasury Reserve"…They did it a long time ago, Now should be a lot easier…

If we(Trump) does it right, it will be able to pay down the "OLD" Treasury Reserve and hopefully have enough left over for the American Taxpayer…

They did it before, we can do it better in today's technology, better, stronger, faster… WHERE IS ELON MUSK???
