HRC may be an [informer] that unloaded sec clearance info while in New Zealand.

This sec clearance info may then be given to authorities. NZ is a part of Five Eyes who may then view and take documents. The info can then be leaked (especially thru britain) to USA and former dignitaries who still maintain their SEC CLEARANCE.

These people use info for deep state purposes even after leaving office.
