TSA Officer BERATES Auditor For Educating Them On Their OWN Memo & The Law!

Recording is not only legal but constitutionally protected, but put a badge on some and they think they're God.

Government parasites, not to be confused with actual public servants, HATE the light and being exposed. They hate the camera and do not care that its your legal right to record, they will unlawfully detain, ID, and many times arrest, simply because they HATE our right to record them.

"You have to identify yourself" No, a passenger absolutely does NOT have to identify themselves in a traffic stop, however it has become common practice for cops to lie and violate the 4th amendment of every passenger in the vehicle.

They KNOW they don't have to ID under the law, but they lie and tell them they have to anyway. Even without an arrest for failure to do so, that is chilling a constitutional right and needs to be prosecuted under 18 USC 242 deprivation of rights under color of law. They've made it so people afraid to stand up to the police have their rights violated, because they let police lie under color of law to deprive rights, which is a federal crime.

Another domestic enemy cop that thinks free speech, talking during a traffic stop, is "interference".

The Supreme Court was clear about this back in 1987, but cops don't care.

In 1987's City of Houston v Hill, Mr. Hill had been arrested for interference for yelling at police while his friend was arrested, under an ordinance that read "It shall be unlawful for any person to assault, strike or in any manner oppose, molest, abuse orinterruptany policeman in the execution of his duty, or any person summoned to aid in making an arrest.โ€

The Supreme Court ruled the ordinance unconstitutional, with Justice William J. Brennan Jr., who authored the Courtโ€™s 8-1 opinion, writing that theโ€œfreedom of individuals verbally to oppose or challenge police action without thereby risking arrest is one of the principal characteristics by which we distinguish a free nation from a police state.โ€ He reasoned that the ordinance could not be read only to prohibit disorderly conduct or fighting words.

Since then, the courts have even further restricted what constitutes fighting words.

We're free to talk, tell them off, cuss them out etc. As long as we don't threaten or lie (he went that way!) it is NOT interference.

Law enforcement across the nation are unlawfully threatening arrest or arresting people for exercising their constitutional free speech. They don't care about our rights or the actual law, they only care about it as a tool to twist to force their will.

First, as I've been very clear about, I do not hate police, the people, I hate that they violate our rights, constitution and laws daily across the nation as part of the largest criminal gang in the country. They're abusing citizens and their freedom. Hate the sin not the sinner.

Second, I just looked that story up, I don't "love" violence, but it will be interesting to find out (if ever) what really happened.

I've told you, they're not bastards, they have a father, they're domestic enemies.

A Father disciplines one He loves.

I've been clear I do not believe they all need punished, those who hurt people need punished, but not "all" cops. We do however, as a nation, need to admit that law enforcement as a while ran off the cliff and did not stand for the constitution but violated it because government, who the constitution forbids from infringing our rights, told them they could. Just Truth. If Truth is punishment, then that's on them.

Defund was controlled opposition. I don't give a shit about money, make them obey the damn law.
