I bought my first house in 1988 and the interest rate was right around 12%
100s of tiny coffins in a cemetery covered by an astroturf carpet.
That seems off. Wouldn't there be a much more efficient way to dispose of bodies? In a medical facility couldn't the bodies just be chopped up and labeled as Human Waste?
And then the rates went down and the mortgage companies raked in on everyone refinancing their house for a lower rate.
