For me this is the most impactful scene in The Chosen, a long series of movies about the Apostles With Christ.

Nicodemus had the curiosity, intelligence, and devotion to set aside pride, position, prestige, cultural programming, and mass assumptions and actually RESEARCH and study scriptures and MATCH THEM UP to Jesus' words and deeds.

Surprise! Massive fulfillment but not at all in the way everyone was expecting.

Courage to exam and learn and realize everything you've been taught and believed was in reality not true or accurate.

Beautiful example for today's "frogs to destroy them" as recited during the Last Supper.
