From the few images here in the video, it looks like most of the poles were not properly set deep enough. It may have been a chain reaction of one pole hit that caused the other to go down due to the weight and entanglement of the wires. Not all poles are down, but the ones that are seemed to be connected by wires. You can see one aluminum pole bent about 2 to 3 feet above ground and may actually be the pole that was hit that started the chain reaction.
