ANOTHER idiot cop who does not understand basic law and thinks passengers have to ID in a traffic stop, or he just doesn't care. Rips passenger out of the car, roughs him up, putts him in cuffs, and goes through his pockets… for standing on his rights. No lawful basis whatsoever.
