Arrested for remaining silent! Auditor was recording a bank from a public sidewalk, the bank claimed he stuck the camera against the window (he didn't but still not illegal) and cops unlawfully detained, then arrested him, saying "you have to talk".

No, he doesn't have to talk, none of us do. We have the RIGHT to remain silent, and that is not RAS or probable cause for an arrest. This was yet ANOTHER blatantly unconstitutional and unlawful arrest in which We the People will pay their victims rather than them.

They are domestic enemies to the Constitution of the United States and We the People it represents.
