Corporate America Promised to Hire a Lot More People of Color. It Actually Did.
The year after Black Lives Matter protests, the S&P 100 added more than 300,000 jobs - 94% went to people of color.
Out of 300,000 (three hundred thousand) jobs, only 18,000 (eighteen thousand) jobs were given to White people. All of those people of color are still in the workforce and they are being promoted into positions of hiring, and they hate White people. Ending DEI is not much of a help to this problem because they are still in the workforce and they now SECRETLY/COVERTLY are throwing applications of White people in the trash while firing the White people who are already there and filling their positions with more people of color. Please President Trump, deport ALL illegals, and help White people get hired back into the workforce.
