The courts have been clear, recording police, flipping them off, and talking ARE NOT INTERFERENCE/OBSTRUCTION.

The only speech that can be interference/obstruction is threats, or lying (He went that way!), our free speech can NOT be criminalized as interference/obstruction according to the US Supreme Court. Furthermore, we have the right to approach and record police action from close enough to see and hear. Arizona's law of just 8 feet minimum distance was ruled unconstitutional because it's just that, unconstitutional. Cops are assuming every citizen is a violent criminal and infringing their rights for the sake of cowardice, while there are certainly situations where those recording are absolutely not a danger, interfering or obstructing in any way, or even need to be within 8 feet.

It's Land of the Free and Home of the Brave, not the land of tyranny and home of cowardice.

Either respect and uphold our rights or leave the job cowards.

A free citizen press collecting information of public interest and disseminating that information to the public, specifically if and how our rights are respected and upheld by public servants absolutely is not harassment, it's investigative journalism.

Yes, we do. all the time, and cops cover for each other ALL THE TIME.

Look at how Sgt. Joffrion here, a field training officer who blatantly violated rights "can't recall" a damn thing throughout his deposition, including his oath, radio codes, trespass law, bodycam policy etc. Nothing, he "can't recall" any of it.

Funny they can never remember shit, and what they do remember RARELY matches the cameras, especially if they didn't know some cameras were there.

I'm a quiet, gentle friendly cooperative personโ€ฆ until I meet a bully.

Unfortunately with the exception of Matt Thorton speaking up on youtube, who I don't know if he's legit or playing a part, every cop I see is a bully, if not them directly bullying they support and prop up their fellow officers bullying. Law enforcement has become a system that bullies people every day and often uses the process as punishment, while they themselves violate the law constantly and cover for eachother. They're so used to breaking the law they don't even realize they're breaking the law, and they have no interest in actually learning the law. The law is simply a tool to twist and abuse to force their own will on others.

Please tell me this isn't real. I know they're stupid but come on. An FBI visit for taking pictures of a police station? Really? A member of a constitutionally protected free press checking up on and taking pictures of a government facility and government employees, both of which are constitutionally protected rights, triggers a visit from the FBI? Should have slammed the door in their faces.

Are they ALL fucking idiot cowards??? The founders weep.
