Cop makes fun of mans dead son… "I lost my kid in Walmart once", tells man if he makes money off the video he's contacting his lawyer.

The money thing, a lot of cops say that because they're too stupid to know what constitutes commercial use. Commercial use would be a movie, advertisement etc, not making money off ad revenue on videos for press purposes, just like your local news. It's called freedom of press, and the worker is worth their keep. It's the publics right to record public servants in their duties and to disseminate that recording to the public, and earn money from ad revenue while doing it.

Cops claim it's illegal to record in police precinct and want to see camera to prove it's off…. which would be a 4th amendment violation.

For those who don't know, this NYPS has since been court ordered to allow him to record in NYPD precincts. Because only he showed damages and the way the law works, the ruling only applies to the auditor, but anyone else can go record and sue them for deprivation of rights under color of law and no equal protection under the law.

Then supervisor shows up and claims when a cop stops you in a vehicle you HAVE to give ID. IT WASN'T A TRAFFIC STOP! KMAO

Cops violating our rights, constitution, and laws daily across the nation, the same cops who protect the criminals in government, doesn't matter in a movement about corrupt government? Interesting opinion.

>claims he hates cops

Me? Never. I don't hate cops the people, I hate their criminal actions and that they prop up and support government and "deep state" lawlessness, literally domestic enemies to the Constitution of the United States and We the People it represents.

Hate the sin, not the sinner.

"Officer safety! Officer safety! You can't exercise that right for officer safety!!!"

Did you know cops who don't have a warrant will try to do a "protective sweep" of a house before getting a warrant to search the house.

What does the 4th amendment so CLEARLY say?

Cops want to take auditors phone and delete video for recording federal building from public sidewalk

Recording the outside of federal buildings, and the public areas inside of federal buildings is not only lawful, but constitutionally protected…. as reminded by Homeland Security in Operational Readiness Order HQ-ORO-002-2018 Photography and Videotaping Federal Facilities.

Did you know that people have the right to use force, including up to deadly force, to resist an unlawful arrest, and are entitled to a jury instruction to that effect?

That's what the US Supreme Court ruled in 1900 in Bad Elk v US. It's a common law right that existed long before this nation was founded, and long after. It's also covered under the 4th amendment right to be secure in your person. Now, they claim it's "bad law" and have removed it by statute in many areas, but they can't lawfully do that. That right is retained by the people, was recognized by the US Supreme Court, and does not have to be specifically enumerated in the constitution to be retained by the people (9th amendment).

So, how many people who defended themselves from cops unlawfully arresting them have had their rights violated?

The beginning of Lackluster Media… Cops order man recording SWAT action from his porch back in the house and threaten arrest. That's an unlawful order and 1st amendment violation.

Absolute nonsense. There is a time for everything… including violence.

If I personally see someone abusing a child for instance, it's time for violence.

No no no, it's ok, they're just going to disarm you, empty your weapon, hang on to it while they talk to you, then put it in your trunk disassembled before they leave.

That's not infringing your right to bear arms right???
