SCOTUS Slaps Rogue Judge AGAIN… No You CAN’T Just Do A Work-Around To Thwart Our Ruling

Those wins just keep on coming for Trump

It takes a lot of hutzpah to tell your boss to kick rocks… how much more so when that boss happens to be the Supreme Court of the United States?

Obama and Biden worked hard to stack the courts with activists judges who could corrupt and politicize the bench in exactly the same way that those Soros prosecutors corrupted the process of upholding the law and prosecution of crimes. When dishonest partisans hold those critical positions of social influence, there is little recourse to hold them in check.

When the rogue agent is a judge, the course correction requires an appeal to a higher court. When that court gives a ruling, that’s usually the end of it.

Usually. But this string of ‘universal injunctions’ against Trump’s policies and orders is not part of an ordinary judicial ruling. It is an opportunity for an activist to take off the mask and join the resistance.

Judge Boasberg was one of those activist judges, determined to etch his name in history as part of that vanguard of judges in 2025 that (as he perhaps imagines the history books telling it) saved the American Experiment from the ravages of tyrant Trump.

When SCOTUS shut him down by ordering a ‘stay’ on his order, that should have been the end of it.

Nevertheless, he persisted. Prompting another appeal.

Just in time for the Fourth of July, in what was already a fantastic week of Trump triumphing over the naysayers, SCOTUS came through again, putting the rogue judge back in his place.

The case involved Trump sending deportees to an alternate country when returning someone to the country of origin was not an option. The Supreme Court was NOT amused by having to deal with this issue — and the impertinence of this upstart Biden appointee — yet again. Here’s the ruling.

And Margot Cleveland taking a victory lap on a ruling where the personal disdain of the writer for contempt of this upstart nobody trying to pull rank on his superiors is perfectly evident.

Someone called this a ‘bench-slap’.

It’s hard to disagree with that description.

Venezuela, Home to Some of World’s Most Atrocious Political Prisons, Complains ‘Alligator Alcatraz’ Is Racist

Venezuelan Interior Minister and wanted drug lord Diosdado Cabello claimed on Wednesday that the illegal migrant detention center at Dade-Collier Training and Transition Airport, commonly known as “Alligator Alcatraz,” is a “concentration camp” and evidence of the United States’ “racism and supremacism.”

Cabello, who leads the Venezuelan socialist regime’s repressive apparatus and is wanted by U.S. authorities on multiple narco-terrorism charges, levied his accusations during the latest broadcast of his weekly socialist show Hitting with the Mallet. According to Cabello, who condemned the facility as a “concentration camp,” the purported objective of the detention center is to “wipe out people who do not share the same line of thinking as the fascist extremists,” asserting that “there are no human rights in the United States.”

“So they built a prison right now with protection from supposed alligators and snakes, so that anyone who escapes will be caught outside. Part of the movie,” Cabello said. “Those who are taken there will be taken without having committed any crime, they are going to be locked up in a concentration camp of the new fascism, the new Nazism.”

“Neo-fascism is trying to impose this model, to eliminate any form that is not part of the group to which they belong,” he continued. “It’s racism, racism, believing oneself to be superior, supremacism, believing oneself to be superior. Anyone who isn’t like me, from my social class, with my skin color.”

The interior minister, one of the highest-ranking members of the ruling United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), further posited that America was building the detention center without sufficient criticism, claiming there would be “countless” protests if the Venezuelan socialist regime ran a similar facility.

Cabello reportedly questioned the Venezuelan opposition for not “pronouncing itself” as opposed to Alligator Alcatraz or the “mistreatment and persecution” of Venezuelans in the United States allegedly committed by President Donald Trump’s administration. Cabello claimed that the opposition is “muzzled” and “would be sanctioned” if they criticized the United States, unlike the PSUV, where “we are free and we can stand in a corner and say whatever we want. Our conscience does not depend on them.”

In reality, Venezuela’s socialist regime has an extensive track record of committing human rights abuses against its own people and running torture facilities for political dissidents. Last year, socialist dictator Nicolás Maduro and Cabello led a brutal persecution campaign against Venezuelans after Maduro held a fraudulent presidential election in July 2024 that left at least 25 dead, hundreds injured, and more than 2,400 detained arbitrarily according to the United Nations. Among those persecuted were dozens of minors, some of whom were subjected to torture.

Cabello himself is credited with the creation of Operation Tun Tun (“Knock Knock”), a dissident crackdown campaign first launched in 2017. Cabello relaunched Operation Knock Knock in 2024 to hunt dissidents who protest or publish social media content against the socialist regime. The operation, which takes its name from a Venezuelan Christmas song, features mass arrests and security officers forcing dissidents to film humiliating public “apologies” to Maduro and his cronies.

The Maduro regime also operates several torture and detention centers for its political prisoners. The regime’s largest and most infamous center is the Helicoide (“the Helix”), an unfinished facility in Caracas that began construction in the 1950s during the dictatorship of Marcos Pérez Jiménez. It was originally conceived of as the world’s first drive-thru mall.

In 2024, the Maduro regime commissioned a 1,000-person-capacity basketball stadium on the upper area of the Helix. The stadium, which now serves as the home venue for a local basketball team, is located right above the torture and detention centers.

La Tumba (“The Tomb”) is another of the Maduro regime’s infamous detention centers. An underground detention facility, The Tomb is located on the basement floors of a tall building originally intended to serve as the offices of the Caracas subway, but which now serves as the headquarters of the socialist regime’s Bolivarian Intelligence Service (SEBIN).

Dissidents detained in The Tomb in the past denounced that they were thrown in extremely small white and gray cells with concrete beds and placed under 24/7 surveillance. The prisoners were then subjected to a series of psychological tortures and sensory deprivation techniques known as “white torture.”

Last year, as part of the brutal dissident crackdown following the sham July 2024 presidential election, Maduro had two emptied prison centers repurposed into “re-education centers” for anti-socialists. One of the two “re-education centers” is located at the Tocorón prison, which served as the main headquarters of the Tren de Aragua terrorist organization. Tocorón was “raided” and emptied by the Maduro regime in 2023.

https://borderhawk.news/trump-admin-gearing-up-for-new-legal-battles-to-eliminate-insane-birthright-citizenship-loophole/

A child born on U.S. soil to an illegal alien mother is considered a natural-born American citizen under current policy, which is absolutely insane as it encourages and enables more illegal immigration.

It also incentivizes foreign women to risk their lives, and the lives of their babies, by crossing a desert in the late stages of pregnancy.

It makes it difficult to deport those who should be deported. That’s why the babies under this policy are called “anchor babies.” They anchor their illegal family into the United States.

Last week, the U.S. Supreme Court (SCOTUS) issued a ruling which does not strike down the policy, but if followed up properly, might enable us to eliminate it.

Let’s examine the background.

On President Trump’s first day in office, he signed Executive Order 14160 to close the anchor baby loophole.

It orders the government to not issue citizenship documents to persons whose mothers were either illegally in the U.S. or here on a temporary visa at the time of their child’s birth, and whose fathers were not citizens or lawful residents.

It’s a great step forward.

The order was soon opposed in the federal courts by several “universal injunctions.”

A universal injunction (also known as a nationwide injunction or national injunction) is a ruling in which a federal court binds the defendant (in this case the federal government), even in its dealings with nonparties to the case.

Effectively, a federal court (or even an individual federal judge) can rule against the federal government and prevent it from instituting a policy.

In recent years, this practice has become common and has been utilized by both political parties.

It leads to “judge shopping” — finding a sympathetic judge in the federal judiciary and letting him or her rule on your case.

On June 27, SCOTUS ruled on the use of universal injunctions which were being used against Trump’s citizenship order.

In other words, SCOTUS didn’t rule on birthright citizenship but on the process surrounding it.

The case is known as Trump v. CASA.

The 6-3 decision, written by Justice Amy Coney Barrett, reviewed our legal history.

The justices couldn’t find the universal injunction in English law at the time of the founding, nor in American courts throughout the 1700s and 1800s.

It didn’t find universal injunctions popping up until the mid-20th century but they were still rare until the 21st century rolled around.

SCOTUS ruled that courts could not use universal injunctions to block federal law beyond the parties involved in the lawsuit. This severely limits the use of universal injunctions, and certainly this one.

How does this affect birthright citizenship?

The SCOTUS decision specifically disavows ruling on the question.

“The applications do not raise—and thus the Court does not address—the question whether the Executive Order violates the Citizenship Clause or Nationality Act. Instead, the issue the Court decides is whether, under the Judiciary Act of 1789, federal courts have equitable authority to issue universal injunctions.”

Trump’s executive order is frozen until July 27. What happens then?

There are already lawsuits filed against it. The fact that a universal injunction can’t be used doesn’t mean other legal actions — such as a class action suit, for example — won’t be utilized.

A period of legal chaos may ensue on July 27.

Right now, Team Trump needs to be preparing an effective plan to fight this battle.

Perhaps some states will enact the executive order and other states will not. At least that’s a step in the right direction.

Trump can utilize the vast federal bureaucracy, including the Social Security administration.

Amid the mayhem and hysterical rhetoric, the Trump administration needs to do everything possible to bring to an end the insane anchor baby loophole.

Stay the course!

Ilhan Omar Flies Off the Handle About Trump's Big, Beautiful Bill

On Thursday, Minnesota “Squad” Rep. Ilhan Omar (D) lost it after the House of Representatives passed the One Big Beautiful Bill Act, a massive piece of legislation pushed by President Donald Trump and many Republicans.

House members voted for around 30 hours before the bill was passed, much to the dismay of Democrats like Omar who were trying to block its passage.

“After nearly 30 hours of voting on procedural votes, we finally voted on the big ugly disastrous cruel Republican bill,” Omar said in a video posted on X, claiming that this bill will cause America to decline.

Omar droned on, claiming that millions of people will no longer have health care and other resources. The Trump White House has stated many times that the bill would strip resources from illegal aliens who do not have legal status in the United States.

Update: The big ugly bill passed the House.

This is a bad day in America.

In a follow-up post, Omar claimed that the bill was “cruel” and “immoral.”

“[The bill] will be remembered as one of the most catastrophic bills passed in modern history,” she said.

“This bill is morally bankrupt and an attack on working people. For those reasons, I voted NO,” she added.

The White House issued a statement after the passage of the historic bill.

“President Trump’s One Big, Beautiful Bill delivers on the commonsense agenda that nearly 80 million Americans voted for – the largest middle-class tax cut in history, permanent border security, massive military funding, and restoring fiscal sanity. The pro-growth policies within this historic legislation are going to fuel an economic boom like we’ve never seen before. President Trump looks forward to signing the One Big, Beautiful Bill into law to officially usher in the Golden Age of America,” White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt said.

Cyprus: “The Jews are Buying all of Our Land”

Cypriot political leaders claim Israelis are taking over land - Israeli ambassador warns: “Antisemitic rhetoric disguised as political concern”

Israeli real estate purchases on the neighboring island have become a focal point of antisemitic rhetoric and political incitement.

Cyprus’s second-largest party, AKEL, Secretary-General, Stefanos Stefanou, claimed that one of the country’s main problems is Israelis buying land near critical infrastructure and strategic areas.

“If we don’t take decisive action now, we will one day realize our land no longer belongs to us,” he warned.

Stefanou’s hate campaign on TikTok accused Israeli buyers of enabling the creation of gated communities, Zionist schools, synagogues, and control over key economic sectors.

He blamed his own government for allowing "uncontrolled" land sales, calling it a dire threat to national sovereignty. He urged President Nikos Christodoulides’s administration to act swiftly and decisively.

Stefanou claimed his statements were not rooted in xenophobia or antisemitism, but a genuine concern that Cyprus is losing control of its territory, and he even suggested the purchases extend into the Turkish-occupied areas of the island. During his speech, he noticeably ignored similar investment patterns by non-EU foreigners.

The Palestinian Ambassador to Cyprus, Abdullah Attari, even addressed the congress, marking the first time a foreign ambassador spoke at a local party event. Cyprus will hold parliamentary elections in June, and AKEL sees its criticism of Israel as a potential boost to its support.

AKEL, historically rooted in communism, has been anti-Israel for years, intensifying since October 7. While the party frequently discusses Gaza using terms like genocide, ethnic cleansing, war crimes, and starvation, this was the first time its leader employed overtly antisemitic language.

Stefanou’s comments drew widespread condemnation from central and moderate political figures and journalists, but the Cypriot government chose not to respond. Israel’s Ambassador to Cyprus, Oren Anolig, issued a strong condemnation:

“With deep concern and grave worry, we observe and denounce the emergence of atypical antisemitic rhetoric in public discourse in Cyprus in recent days. Rhetoric cloaked as ‘political concern’ that resurrects the dark patterns of the past: collective accusations, conspiracy theories, scapegoating an entire ethnic group.”

Anolig emphasized that “Diplomats are trained to avoid interfering in domestic affairs, but there are moments when silence becomes incomprehensible, or worse. When a line is crossed, when a community is singled out, when a shared value is under threat, we must speak up.”

Alongside Stefanou’s statements, a TikTok campaign featuring AI-generated videos has stirred controversy. One clip shows a man portrayed as an ultra-Orthodox Jew with an Israeli accent, claiming that Israelis are continuously buying land because “God promised Cyprus to us after Israel.”

He even claims Israelis are purchasing property in the Turkish-occupied zones and building kosher restaurants there.

In another video filmed with a tallit and soundtrack of “Hava Nagila,” the “Jew” says: “Cyprus was promised to us 3,500 years ago, finally, I’m home.” The campaign insinuates that Israeli purchases are displacing Cypriots: “It’s already hard for a Cypriot to buy a home for themselves or their kids because Israelis are buying everything.”

Official figures show about 2,500 Israelis reside in Cyprus, but many hold dual EU citizenship, raising estimates to between 12,000 and 15,000 Israeli nationals, including investors who buy property for investment purposes.
