Russian Drones & Missiles "Rained Down" On Kiev In One Of The War's Most Devastating Attacks Yet

Russia launched one of the largest aerial assaults of the war on Ukraine overnight, unleashing more than 500 drones, with Kyiv as the primary target. The timing of the attack—just hours after a phone call between President Trump and Russian President Vladimir Putin—yielded no success toward ending the war in Eastern Europe.

On X, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Andrii Sybiha said, "Hundreds of Russian drones and ballistic missiles rained down on the Ukrainian capital." He described the attack as "one of the worst so far."

Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Andrii Sybiha: "Absolutely horrible and sleepless night in Kyiv. One of the worst so far.

Hundreds of Russian drones and ballistic missiles rained down on the Ukrainian capital.

Right after Putin spoke with President Trump. And he does it on purpose.

Enough of waiting! Putin clearly shows his complete disregard for the United States and everyone who has called for an end to the war.

Moscow must be slapped with the toughest sanctions without delay. Ukraine must be provided with all necessary means to defend itself.

Wrong decisions can only encourage the aggressor to escalate terror. Every criminal regime in the world is now watching closely Putin's actions and responses to them. If he gets away with all of this, everyone will get a very clear message.

Stop waiting for peace. Act to achieve peace. Peace through strength."

More Globalism - this is just bringing or keeping the slaves to work on corporate farms

Trump: We’re working on legislation right now. Susie, right? We’re working on legislation right now where farmers— look they know better. They work with them for years. You had cases where, not here, but just even over the years, where people have worked for a farm, on a farm, for 14, 15 years, and they get thrown out pretty viciously, and we can’t do it. We’ve got to work with the farmers and people that have hotels and leisure properties too.

We’re going to work with them, and we’re going to work very strong and smart, and we’re going to put you in charge. We’re going to make you responsible. And I think that that’s going to make a lot of people happy. Now, serious, radical right People, who I also happen to like a lot, they may not be quite as happy, but they’ll understand. Wont they? Do you think so? Madam Secretary, look at you with a white hat on. Do you think they’ll understand that? You’re the one that brought this whole situation up.

Trump Sends Tariff Letters Threatening Up To 70% Levies, Sparking Fears Of Delayed Trade Deals

President Trump announced that the U.S. will begin unilaterally notifying trading partners of a new round of tariffs ahead of the looming July 9 deadline to finalize trade agreements. UBS told clients Friday morning that the move "signals trade deal delays," and the resulting negative sentiment sent U.S. equity futures lower. European stocks also tumbled, reflecting growing concerns over renewed trade tensions.

Trump told reporters that "10 or 12" letters would be sent out on Friday, with additional letters to follow "over the next few days."

"By the ninth, they'll be fully covered," the president said, referring to the deadline he set for countries to strike deals or face steep import duties. "They'll range in value from maybe 60 or 70% tariffs to 10 and 20% tariffs," he added.

The new tariffs, effective August 1, mark a shift away from negotiations toward a more aggressive, unilateral approach, as only the UK and Vietnam have struck deals during a 90-day pause. China and the U.S. recently reached a trade truce to avoid a tit-for-tat escalation of tariffs.

Trump noted that "a couple of other deals" were in progress and said others would face unilateral treatment. "My inclination is to send a letter out and say what tariffs they are going to be paying," he said, adding, "It's much easier."

Professor Warns UK Gov't Is Preparing For Civil War, Using Russian Invasion Threat As Cover

A prominent academic in London has warned that the UK government is actively preparing for the break out of a civil war, but is using the “logically absurd” cover of a Russian invasion to put contingencies in place.

Pointing to remarks made in the 2025 National Security Strategy paper last month, Professor David Betz of King’s College London has suggested that the British government is using the phantom threat of a foreign attack in order to harden critical national infrastructure against sabotage.

“For the first time in many years, we have to actively prepare for the possibility of the UK homeland coming under direct threat,” the Whitehall paper noted, adding that “critical national infrastructure – including undersea cables, energy pipelines, transportation and logistics hubs” are a major target.

During a discussion with Professor Lewis Halsey, Professor Betz, a modern war expert recently stated “there is growing apprehension about the security of Britain, the security of its infrastructure specifically, and about the potential for active conflict at home in a very direct manner, effecting people in a very direct manner.”

“But that’s not external in origin, that’s internal, and that has to do with the way our society is now configured, it is highly fractured,” Betz continued, adding “Low trust, highly fractured, and highly politically factionalised which is leading us increasingly inevitably into civil conflict.”

Betz further outlined how the Russian threat is being amplified as a cover story.

“The fact of the matter is there is a great distance between us and Russia… we are not militarily threatened in a direct way on the ground by any obvious external enemy, even Russia,” Betz outlined.

“Which isn’t to say there aren’t things which Russia could do to attack the UK should they wish to, but one of those is not occupying the village green with Russian soldiers, that simply, frankly, is a rather bizarre assertion,” he contended.

“What they’re concerned about is domestic conflict, and they perfectly understand this, but that’s completely politically toxic for them to say so publicly, hence the convenience of saying ‘we need to develop… a citizen’s militia for the protection of critical infrastructure’,” Betz further noted.

“To say that we’re doing this against the potential of Russian attack, which is frankly a logically absurd proposition, but it is convenient as a pretext,” he emphasised.

Betz also recently posited that many European countries are on the verge of civil war and may already be past the point of no return.

He says his research shows there is a statistically significant chance of a civil war breaking out within five years in a major European country, with a distinct possibility that the conflict could spill over to neighbouring Nations.

Inalienable Rights In An Age of Tyranny: What Does "Independence" Really Mean This 4th Of July?

When the government—whether president, Congress, court, or local bureaucrat—claims the right to determine who does and doesn’t deserve rights, then no one is safe. Individuals become faceless numbers. Human beings become statistics. Lives become expendable. Dignity becomes disposable.

“When a long train of abuses and usurpations… evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government.”—Declaration of Independence (1776)

We are now struggling to emerge from the wreckage of a constitutional republic, transformed into a kleptocracy (government by thieves), collapsing into kakistocracy (government by the worst), and enforced by a police state algogracy (rule by algorithm).

This week alone, the Trump administration is reportedly erecting protest barricades around the White House, Congress is advancing legislation that favors the wealthy, and President Trump is grandstanding at the opening of a detention center dubbed “Alligator Alcatraz.”

Against such a backdrop of government-sponsored cruelty, corruption and shameless profiteering at taxpayer expense, what, to the average American, is freedom in an age when the government plays god—determining who is worthy of rights, who qualifies as a citizen, and who can be discarded without consequence?

What are inalienable rights worth if they can be redefined, delayed, or revoked by executive order?

Frederick Douglass posed a similar challenge more than 170 years ago when he asked, “What, to the American slave, is your Fourth of July?”

His question was a searing indictment not just of slavery but of a government that proclaimed liberty while denying it to millions—a hypocrisy that persists in a system still governed by institutions more committed to power than principle.

Every branch of government—executive, legislative, and judicial—has, in one way or another, abandoned its duty to uphold the Constitution. And both parties have prioritized profit and political theater over justice and the rights of the governed.

The founders of this nation believed our rights come from God, not government. That we are born free, not made free by bureaucrats or judges. That among these rights—life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness—none can be taken away without destroying the very idea of government by consent.

And yet that is precisely what’s happening.

We now live under a government that has become judge, jury, and executioner—writing its own laws, policing its own limits, and punishing those who object.

This is not what it means to be free.

A huge explosion rocked a gas depot in Rome, Italy

A massive explosion tore through a gas depot in Rome’s Prenestino district early Friday morning. The blast originated from a fuel station on Via dei Gordiani and was felt across the city. It wasn’t a minor leak or a small fire. It was a full detonation. The shockwave shattered windows, buckled fences, and sent debris flying into nearby homes and businesses. Emergency responders were already on site due to a truck accident that had ruptured a pipeline minutes earlier. That rupture triggered a chain reaction during the unloading of liquefied petroleum gas. The second explosion leveled the facility.

At least 30 people were injured. Among them were nine police officers and one firefighter. Five were hospitalized with serious burns and trauma from flying glass. One officer was listed in red code, meaning critical but not fatal. The blast also damaged a judicial building and forced the closure of a nearby metro station. A summer camp across the street was evacuated just in time. Eight children were pulled out before the fireball hit. If it had happened an hour later, there would’ve been 60 kids inside.

‘Israelis not welcome’: Milan Jews rattled by surge in antisemitic incidents

Anti-Jewish hate crimes in Italy nearly doubled in 2024, watchdog finds — but the local community says it still receives significant support from the wider Italian society

On June 26, Afshin Kaboli woke up to a flood of WhatsApp messages from personal contacts and group chats with fellow members of Milan’s Jewish community.

During the night, unknown individuals had put up dozens of posters around the city’s Jewish neighborhoods reading, in broken English, “Israeli not welcome.” Some were hung a few hundred yards from the community’s Jewish school on the same block where Kaboli, 54, lives and runs a kosher bakery.

“I went to check and found the posters in two spots in the neighborhood, even though, by the time I arrived, some of them had already been removed,” Kaboli told The Times of Israel via telephone.

“It made me feel awful,” he said. “The atmosphere has been heavy these past few months. But finding something like this just 200 meters [650 feet] from my home really makes me think. I always thought these things happened in France or other countries, not in Milan.”

The city is home to a community of about 7,000 Jews. Despite its small size, the community boasts at least a dozen active synagogues, three Jewish schools, and several kosher restaurants and grocery stores.

Former Irish MEP slams EU for silencing dissent and targeting citizens without trial in fiery speech defending free speech and human rights

Former Irish MEP Clare Daly returns to the European Parliament and delivers a searing critique of the EU’s crackdown on dissent. In this explosive speech, Daly defends her past remarks that the war in Ukraine is a “NATO proxy war” and that EU sanctions are punishing European citizens more than Russia. Daly questions the very foundations of free speech in modern Europe, warning that the labeling of dissent as “propaganda” is silencing critical voices and suppressing democratic debate.

It’s Сoming Soon. Syria’s Al-Qaeda Strategic Alliance With Israel Is Almost Complete

After the Zionists collapsed in the twelve-day war against Iran, the topic of Syria has become relevant to all regional players again. According to the logic of the cabinet of terrorist Netanyahu, the damage suffered by the Iranians should be hidden in the public media by “normalizing” with the Tahrir al-Sham regime in Syria.

The propagandists of the ruling regime of Israel have even told about the first plans for a “strategic alliance” with the jihadists of Syria. This includes a common struggle against Hezbollah, Iran and the Palestinian resistance factions, the recognition of the Lebanese Shebaa farms as Syrian, the Golan Heights are completely ceded to the Zionists, and a trilateral agreement, including Jordan, regarding the waters of the Yarmouk basin is likely to be reached.

For its part, the “former” Jabhat Nusra only welcomes the expansion of ties with the Zionists under Trump’s control. The Emirate of Al-Julani is not interested in the genocide of the Palestinians or the expansion of the “Israeli” occupation in southern Syria, it is only concerned about the imbalance between the pro-Saudi wing and the pro-Turkish lobby within its dictatorship. Observers correctly point out that any agreements with the Zionists make the Tahrir al-Sham regime complicit in crimes against Palestine. But the Takfiri in Damascus do not care about this, their goal is to achieve “international recognition,” where Trump’s idea of expanding the Abrahamic Accords should contribute to the “positive image” of Tahrir al-Sham.

A separate role in what is happening is played by Trump, who urgently needs ratings within his country. The defeat in the tariff war to China, the inability to end the war in Ukraine, the unwillingness to stop the Zionist aggression in the Gaza Strip, the unfolding crisis with Iran and the strong internal opposition have greatly shaken the position of the MAGA leader even within the Republican Party. Therefore, the “official normalization” between “Israel” and the Syrian dictatorship under the auspices of Trump should at least distract American society from all the problems created by the current administration in Washington.

As for the plans of the Zionists, it seems that they are ready to stop their intervention in the western part of the province of Damascus. Thus, according to the IDF’s plan, Deraa and Quneitra will have to become part of Israel. It was in these cities that Zionism encountered local resistance a month ago. Therefore, the interventionists believe that by expanding the occupation in southern Syria, they will be able to prevent the emergence of a major organization of resistance by analogy with Hezbollah or Hamas.

Two Supporters of Former Prime Minister Imran Khan Have Been Disappeared Amid Pakistani Crackdown on Dissent

Last September, Muhammad Junaid Jahangir and Syed Salman Raza were detained by the UAE. Their families demand answers about their detention.

Two men linked to Pakistan’s major opposition party have been held without charge for more than seven months in the United Arab Emirates (UAE), after being detained by the UAE allegedly at the behest of the reigning Pakistani military. Muhammad Junaid Jahangir and Syed Salman Raza disappeared in the UAE, where both lived and worked, in late September 2024. Both men were once part of imprisoned former Prime Minister Imran Khan’s digital media team, helping run social media accounts supporting his party, the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI).

In 2022, PTI was removed from power by Pakistan’s powerful military, partly at the behest of the U.S. State Department. Since then, the military has relentlessly cracked down on Khan’s supporters, including through extrajudicial detention, kidnappings, torture, and even killing. Military officials have threatened the families of individuals living in Western countries, including by detaining and torturing their relatives in Pakistan as a means of blackmail.

Jahangir and Raza disappeared in September of last year from the UAE, according to their families. The disappearance of Jahangir and Raza suggests that the military’s campaign of transnational repression is expanding, as authoritarian governments allied with the Pakistani military allegedly cooperate with it to help suppress dissent globally.

“There have been threats of abduction against PTI activists abroad and it is well known that Pakistani military intelligence cooperates closely with the UAE,” said Azhar Mashwani, a PTI social media activist who knew the two detained men and has himself been previously arrested for his political activism. “They have been arrested and there is no legal remedy for them. No lawyer can access them, and no consular support or other basic information has been provided. Their families tried to hire a lawyer but were told that this is a national security issue and no one will handle their case.”

A year after Khan was removed from power in 2022 and the crackdown began, both men fled Pakistan. They escaped the dragnet and quietly rebuilt their lives in Dubai: Jahangir worked as a marketing manager in a private company, and Raza settled with his wife in a modest apartment in Sharjah. They kept low profiles and refrained from any overt political activity.

However, a government raid on the Islamabad offices of PTI last year exposed them to new scrutiny from the military. According to party members, their names were listed in internal databases of PTI social media volunteers, revealing them as activists working on behalf of the party to spread its message online.

Shocking scenes as protesters storm an Israeli restaurant in Melbourne - as a Jewish synagogue is torched nearby

A group of anti-Israeli protesters have terrorised shocked diners by storming a restaurant in Melbourne's CBD - as an arsonist targeted a nearby synagogue.

The chaotic scenes unfolded at the Israeli-owned Miznon eatery on Hardware Lane, where up to 20 protesters hurled chairs, food, and glassware at the venue while chanting 'Death to the IDF (Israel Defence Forces)'.

Footage shared online showed the breakaway group throwing traffic bollards by passing cars and yelling expletives on their way to the restaurant after a separate protest involving 80 pro-Palestine in nearby Swanston Street.

When the masked protesters arrived at Miznon, diners can be heard screaming as furniture and tables are overturned.

Protesters were then seen clashing with police after dozens of officers arrived on the scene and shut down the laneway at both ends.

One protester was arrested for hindering police and released on summons.

'Several other protesters were spoken to by police and had their identities clarified for the purpose of follow-up investigation,' a spokeswoman told Daily Mail Australia.

'Victoria Police continued to support the rights of Victorians to protest peacefully but will not tolerate the kind of anti-social and violent behaviour that was witnessed this evening.'

The chaotic scenes shocked many diners and passers-by in the bustling precinct.

Other restaurants in Hardware Lane were also damaged.

'They came in with their drums and their mic and stuff saying Miznon is not welcome here,' a diner told the Herald Sun.

'Then they started getting aggressive, throwing tomatoes, chairs, and glasses. They caused lots of damage to the businesses down here.'

Just half an hour earlier, the East Melbourne Synagogue was set on fire, which police are treating as suspicious.

A man entered the synagogue grounds on Albert Street about 8pm, poured a flammable liquid on the front door, and ignited it before fleeing on foot.

About 20 worshippers, including children inside having dinner at the time were forced to flee the building.

No injuries were reported. Firefighters quickly contained the fire, which prevented further damage.

Trump responds after sparking outrage for use of 'anti-Semitic term' during tax cuts celebration

President Donald Trump pushed back at criticism for his use of an anti-Semitic term during his Iowa rally, saying he had 'never heard it that way.'

He used the term while referencing unscrupulous bankers as he touted the impacts of his 'big, beautiful bill,' which Congress had approved hours earlier.

'No death tax. No estate tax. No going to the banks and borrowing from, in some cases, a fine banker — and in some cases, shylocks and bad people,' he said.

He sparked outrage over his use of 'shylocks,' which refers to loan sharks and is considered offensive, playing on stereotypes of Jews and money.

Trump said he had never heard it used that way.

'I've never heard it that way,' he told reporters at Joint Base Andrews after his rally.

'The meaning of Shylock is somebody that's a money lender at high rates. You view it differently. I've never heard that.'

Shylock is a Jewish character in William Shakespeare's play 'The Merchant of Venice.' He is portrayed as a villain and demands a 'pound of flesh' from another character who is unable to repay a loan.

Amy Spitalnick, the CEO of the Jewish Council for Public Affairs, slammed Trump for using an 'anti-Semitic stereotype.'

'Shylock is among the most quintessential antisemitic stereotypes. This is not an accident. It follows years in which Trump has normalized antisemitic tropes and conspiracy theories — and it's deeply dangerous,' she wrote on social media.

Trump has been accused of anti-Semitism but he is also close to the Jewish people.

His daughter Ivanka converted to Jewish with her marriage to Jared Kushner. They are raising their children as Jewish.

The president also has signed executive orders combating antisemitism and cracked down on universities that allowed pro-Palestinian protests on their campuses.

Before his rally he met with Edan Alexander, an Israeli-American who was held hostage during the Gaza war.

And, on Monday, he will host Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu at the White House to push for an end to the war in Gaza.

Hamas reportedly accepts ceasefire, hostage deal proposal with minor amendments

Senior Palestinian official told Reuters that 'Hamas’ response is positive and will help reach an agreement'; Qatari Al-Araby channel reported, citing sources, that the terror group accepted the content of the deal but requested minor amendments

Hamas has submitted Friday its response to the U.S.-brokered Gaza ceasefire proposal to mediators, and it is “positive and should help reach a deal,” a Palestinian official familiar with the talks told Reuters.

According to the report, the terror group responded positively to the latest proposal, with only minor requested changes. Qatar’s Al-Araby TV quoted sources saying the terror group had “agreed to the content of the deal and requested small modifications.”

The Israeli security cabinet is expected to convene Saturday to discuss the response, though far-right ministers Bezalel Smotrich and Itamar Ben-Gvir are expected to vote against it. Nevertheless, the deal is likely to pass both the cabinet and the government.

An Israeli official said Friday that the aim is for Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and U.S. President Donald Trump to announce the agreement jointly during their meeting on Monday. According to the official, all key security agencies support the deal, including the IDF chief of staff and Shin Bet, even if it is only a partial agreement. “They say we need to move quickly to bring hostages home,” the official said.

During a recent cabinet session, Netanyahu reaffirmed his commitment to Hamas’ defeat. He reportedly said he would not allow the group to remain in Gaza in any form, and while military occupation of the Gaza Strip is an option, he does not want to endanger the hostages. Under the current plan, the IDF would remain deployed along its designated security buffer zone inside Gaza, extending 1.2 to 1.4 kilometers from the Israeli border. The army will also retain control of the Philadelphi Corridor on the Egypt-Gaza border.

Cloudflare launches pay-per-crawl. AI bots blocked by default. Websites set prices. Publishers get paid. $NET could be the toll booth for AI.

Cloudflare just flipped the switch on a new model for the internet. Starting July 1, 2025, every new domain using Cloudflare blocks AI crawlers by default. No scraping. No silent indexing. If an AI company wants access, it has to pay. That’s the core of Pay-Per-Crawl, a system now in private beta that lets websites charge bots for every crawl. The company already powers 20% of the web and works with 30% of the top 1 million sites.

The mechanism is built into HTTP itself. If a crawler hits a site without permission, it gets a 402 Payment Required response. That’s a rarely used status code, now repurposed to signal pricing. Site owners can set a flat rate or whitelist specific bots. Cloudflare acts as the merchant of record, handling billing and payouts. If the crawler doesn’t have a billing relationship, it’s blocked. No exceptions.

AI companies must disclose their intent. Training, inference, search—each use case has to be declared. That’s part of the transparency layer. Crawlers are verified through cryptographic headers. Spoofing is blocked. The system is designed to prevent unauthorized scraping and enforce economic accountability. Over 1 million Cloudflare customers have already opted to block AI bots. That number is rising.

The incentive model is broken. AI crawlers scrape content, generate answers, and send zero traffic back to the source. Cloudflare says OpenAI’s crawler hit sites 1,700 times for every referral. Anthropic’s ratio was 73,000 to one. That’s not sustainable. Publishers lose revenue. Creators lose visibility. The web loses incentive to produce quality content. Pay-Per-Crawl is designed to reverse that.

Major publishers are backing the move. TIME, The Atlantic, Reddit, Stack Overflow, and the Associated Press have signed on. The system lets them charge for access, block bad actors, and negotiate licensing deals. It’s not just about defense. It’s about building a market. Cloudflare says the real potential lies in agentic systems, AI agents with budgets that negotiate access dynamically. That’s the next layer.

If this scales, Cloudflare won’t just be a CDN. It’ll be the toll booth for the AI economy. Every model training on public content will have to pass through their gate.

So essentially RFK Jr. is talking about skipping animal trials, and replacing them

with AI models.

The importance of animal trials with drugs and other medical interventions is that you can perform intrusive exams on these animals (including autopsies) and actually see what were the effects of the drug being tested. It gives insights that you cannot get through human trials or AI models.

Removing animal trials from the process will prevent us from getting that insight and, possibly, moving ahead with a drug that is dangerous.

For example, an animal trial on rats about the lipid nano particles that were used in the Covid mRNA shots (the particle carrying the mRNA itself) showed that these particles get into every organ in the body, and doesn’t stay localized to the place of the injection (as was later claimed by Pfizer). This study should have been enough to prevent human trials, but was ignored.

Also according to Grok:

Companies like Simulations Plus use AI-driven PBPK models to predict drug safety, which the FDA accepts as part of regulatory submissions. RFK Jr.’s mention of bypassing animal models aligns with this trend, as AI can simulate outcomes that traditionally required primate or rodent studies.

RFK Jr. is a very well read guy and has spent decades reading and studying peer reviewed papers, publications and clinical trials, but he is clearly not a scientist, and he is not well versed in the scientific method.

But he has placed many respected scientists in leadership positions within his agency. Thus, it is perplexing to me hearing that he is taking this approach to clinical trials. Either he has been convinced that this is “good science”, or he is under pressure somehow from Big Pharma interests.

And how come these other scientists in top positions have said nothing about this and went along with it?

I hope that we will get a more clear answers in the coming months…

The UK NHS waiting lists hit 7M. Referrals ignored. Private care rising. Sick notes harder to get. AI rollout won’t fix trust.

The UK’s National Health Service is showing signs of structural rot. Not just in funding, but in function. The latest Darzi investigation, commissioned by the Department of Health and Social Care, laid it out in plain terms: the NHS is in “critical condition.” Waiting lists have ballooned from 2.4 million in 2010 to over 7 million by mid-2024. Over 300,000 patients have waited more than a year for treatment. Mental health referrals for children under 18 now exceed 109,000.

Reception desks are failing at the basics. Patients report being misunderstood when giving their date of birth. Files go missing. Referrals vanish. The system doesn’t just lag, it misfires. The Darzi report flagged a £37 billion capital shortfall. That’s money that could’ve gone to new hospitals, updated equipment, and basic infrastructure. Instead, it’s been stripped out. The result is a service that leans on excuses and deflects accountability.

Private care is rising because public care is stalling. Patients say doctors and dentists only deliver proper service when paid privately. That’s not anecdotal. It’s systemic. Between 2006 and 2022, hospital spending rose from 47% to 58% of the NHS budget. Community care shrank. Mental health nurses in the field dropped by 5%. GP numbers fell below OECD averages. The NHS strategy says care should move closer to home. The numbers say the opposite.

The government’s new 10-year plan, unveiled in July 2025, promises reform. It includes AI triage, robotic surgery, and DNA testing at birth. But the core issue isn’t tech. It’s trust. Patients say sick notes are harder to get. Disability proof is buried in bureaucracy. The suspicion is that government and NHS leadership are aligned in limiting sick leave. Fewer notes mean fewer absences. That’s the logic. Whether intentional or not, the outcome is the same.

The NHS app is expanding. It’s supposed to be the “digital front door.” But without reliable referrals, clear communication, and functioning admin, it’s just another layer. The Darzi report says productivity is falling. Outpatient appointments per consultant are down 7%. Surgical activity per surgeon is down 12%. Emergency medicine activity is down 18%. The flow is broken. The care is delayed. The frustration is real.

A DOJ lawyer told Moss at a Friday hearing that a flight is scheduled for 7 p.m. ET today to take the men to South Sudan. The DOJ lawyer also said that an effort to seek relief from the DC Circuit and SCOTUS today is possible if Moss keeps the stay in place—and, hence, the flight blocked. https://lawdork.com/p/breaking-judge-issues-administrative

Benjamin Netanyahu Is Coming to Town Again

Will Donald Trump surrender or will Bibi resort to a false flag?

Benjamin Netanyahu is on his way for his third visit to Washington during the first six months of the second term of President Donald Trump. Bibi requested the visit because he clearly wants something and he never likes to hear anyone tell him “No!”

The American Jewish community and the state of Israel working together are already mustering their substantial resources to give the Prime Minister anything he wants, whatever that might be.

If necessary, the so-called Israel Lobby, which controls many aspects of what is referred to colloquially as the United States Government, has a unique ability to lay down a serious guilt trip on anyone who tries to interfere with their prerogatives. Their ability to persuade is frequently based on repeated invocations of a semi-mythical event called the “holocaust,” which has been and will continue to be a burden on all the rest of humanity forever.

Many Jews have consequently successfully turned themselves into something like caricatures, where they are always the victims of an irrational hatred and therefore are entitled to extraordinary measures to protect themselves. Indeed, it all means that whatever happens that involves either Jews or Israel will ipso facto grant a “license to kill” in response to ensure that there will be “never again.” South African journalist Ilana Mercer describes the current process succinctly: “Israel’s ‘strategic perspective’ requires everywhere and always an enemy. This designated enemy will be tarnished by a blood libel, an abstraction: he, she or they will be said to be antisemitic, baying for Jewish blood. This blood libel ignores the truth, because when facts and reality are scrutinized, it’s Arabs that are being exterminated daily en masse, with western grants of government privilege, not Israelis. You have to hand it to Israel. It has positioned itself as the world’s cross, a curse that every individual not Jewish-Israeli is born into and must carry like an albatross.”

It is too bad that Netanyahu will be landing in Washington, where his arrival will no doubt be protected by the battalions of soldiers brought into the Capital two weeks ago to march down Constitution Avenue in their celebration of Vietnam War draft dodger Donald Trump’s birthday. If Bibi were to land in New York he just might be arrested on the warrant issued by the International Criminal Court. The Democratic candidate for New York mayor Zohran Mamdani has the Israeli Lobby and assorted Jewish identity groups hounding him relentlessly in part because he is a Muslim but also because he declared that if he is elected mayor he would arrest Netanyahu if/when he showed up in the city. The declaration had me and others cheering but we also wished that there were some mechanism for also arresting Genocide Joe Biden and Antony Blinken. Presumably Donald Trump, another genocide enabler, is untouchable except by impeachment as he is in office, which is a shame as he and his own batch of war criminals to match those around Biden richly deserve a bit of hard time.
