Judging by this list, everything else has been done except for the narrative change which is probably the hardest one because of cabal's full MSM control. Q's >>2326757 post also tells us we should research and spread the information by ourselves, not to wait for MSM to feed it to us because it's never going to happen due to being controlled by blackhats(Breitbart and other (known) alternative news sites are good source of information) The most effective way for us anons to get something noticed is through twatter, basically make it trending so people have to look into what the fuss is about. POTUS recently called twatter out for shadow banning non leftist politicians etc. If you recall, people who have tweeted Q related stuff have also suffered the same faith and by going public about this POTUS forced twatter to stop doing this. Now us anons can freely operate without being silenced by twatter and should really take advantage of it.
Whichever the subject it is, it has to be simplified enough so people immediately know what's up. Nobody is going to look into some 100 pages report, no matter how important it would be. So the best tactic is to summarize simplified report first and then provide a link to full report to those who are interested. One problem though is that the report has to originate from any government organization(and the link has to directly point there) because normal people don't trust any non MSM links unless they originate from trusted sources, such as government(I know there are extremist left wingers who don't trust any government links either but that's why I was talking about normal people)
