KMFAO Man uses Attorney Shield in a traffic stop in this short, the domestic enemy cop is soooo frustrated as attorney stops him when he wants to illegally make man perform VOLUNTARY FSTs.

No one hates the actual law more than law enforcement, it's a tool to be twisted to force their will, but when it goes the other way "it just makes things more difficult".

Man exercising his rights, not committing any crime, unlawfully detained, unlawfully threatened with a weapon, and unlawfully disarmedโ€ฆ ONLY BECAUSE COPS DON'T LIKE THE RIGHT

They want to be the only ones capable of defending themselves in the streetsโ€ฆ. problem is they're who we need to defend ourselves from. They are domestic enemies to the Constitution of the United States and We the People it represents. Our rights are NOT optional, they're not up to cops (pr judges) opinion or approval, and they SHOULD be defended using any and all reasonable and necessary force.

SIC SEMPER TYRANNIS!

Can ANY of you boot lickers tell me why that cop shouldn't have been shot? He posed a deadly threat to that citizen, threatening him with a deadly weapon, as he committed a federal crime. Any good reason? Can any of you tell me why he shouldn't be in prison for that federal crime since he wasn't shot?

I suppose I should clarify for the intellectually challenged hereโ€ฆ. looking in peoples cars is not RAS. RAS is a REASONABLE ACTICULABLE SUSPICION that you're involved in criminal activity, either you are, have, or are about to commit a crime, based on the totality of circumstances and face. Looking into cars does not meet the basic legal requirements for RAS. The cop has to make major "leaps" to turn that into a crime, however, if he also witnessed him try several car doors, or carrying car opening tools, taking things out of cars etc, the TOTALITY OF CIRCUMSTANCES would support RAS, someone merely being nosy is not a crime and cops have ZERO authority to detain people without REASONABLE ARTICULABLE SUSPICION.

Since the Cop has no RAS, the man is under no legal obligation to ID, and he can't be charged with failure to ID. Also, the "failure to ID" is not RAS of a crime.

This is all basic law, but apparently retards don't get it.

I know the law, and I know that law enforcement are domestic enemies violating our rights, constitution and laws daily.

So are prosecutors and the courts. All while they pat themselves on the back as hero defenders of liberty.
