If it is, this would be one the the most important acts for citizens with removing inheritance taxes.

They can only raise our taxes 2% each year. I would have had to sell this property otherwise. It is still a BURDEN, however..

I have the home paid off so if I can't come up with the money for something, it would be the insurance I would let go. Glad you didn't lose your home.
