they have to be found guilty. There is the possibility of freezing before trial when there is a civil conspiracy like RICO. It's not easy to make it through the Court system though. If you wonder why we are not ready to prosecute, look into the J20 arrests. there was about 200 they caught in the act or had video of. EVERY ONE OF THEM got off! Clinto was elected and he fired every US Attorney and replaced them with his own people. Many are still there. Since then other Presidents installed their own cabal people. The only ones we can trust are those done at the direction of POTUS. Others might be ok but we have no way of knowing or trusting. They sabotage the cases. It isn't just corrupt Judges.
