Is YT fiddling around with the videos?
The embedded video does not match the speech, but instead it's a completely different video of Gaddafi called "Gaddafi - JFK Assassinated by Israel Speech".
Strangely thumbnail matches (Gaddafi at UN, but that's nowhere found in the actual video itself).
I can't find any video of that speech sadly.
I can't find a video, but maybe I didn't dig enough yet.
Can't even find proper sources for the text.
