The mistake many make here is assuming because Q writes in caps that he is somehow mad or angry (in fact, we all are angry and mad at the deep state, just saying). Be careful. When Q writes in normal letters, he usually hides hidden comms (similiar to what POTUS does). If he writes in capital, he either reminds of something very important or gives a drop/message without revealing hidden comms.
