Full disclosure would lead to people being told everything they've believed in was a lie for the last 2000 years. It would show the whole government is corrupt to the bone and people would never trust the government again, thus directly hurting Q team and POTUS in draining the swamp.
The government controls law enforcement and when you pretty much provoke people to overthrow your government, it creates huge chaos and nobody is there to enforce the law. You read it right, nobody is there to put cabal members to jail and this chaos allows them to go hiding until things calm down and they can regain control again. Stop thinking with your emotions for a moment and use LOGIC. You are directly playing into cabal's hands here, I'm not really sure at this point if this is intentional or not.
