It's common to read "no comment" or "I am not at liberty to discuss the details" from parties to suits at law. I don't know if this is true for criminal prosecutions or not, but one can speculate that if "the list" has been entered as evidence, or is part of an ongoing investigation, that Bondi, Patel et al might have been smacked down by the presiding judge and told to shut up about this until the cake is baked, else lose the case(s).

After the investigation comes the Grand Jury presentation, then the indictment, then the prosecution, then the conviction, then the sentencing. Only then are the parties privvy to the full evidence free to comment.

The way I've always understood it, Hallowe'en costumes are supposed to "scare away" the "evil spirits," so that everyone's safe to celebrate the next day, "All Saints' Day."
From this perspective, Hallowe'en costumes are SUPPOSED to be scary rather than "princesses," "fairies," packs of cigarettes, assorted natural animals etc.

How is it preferable for the world's richest man, who became wealthy thanks to massive taxpayer subsidies for his businesses, to build from scratch a political party that he would totally control? As opposed to a very rich, but middle-of-the-pack as far as oligarchs go, businessman who worked within an established party, weathered the slings and arrows of outrageous fortune, and against all odds, reformed said party into a decent representation of a comfortable majority of actual Americans?
