Doesn't the accuser have to press charges BEFORE an arrest can be made?
Do the names on Epstein's records or videos show rapes?
I am not trying to justify Epstein Island visitors, as most probably wanted personal pleasures with no strings attached and not to be later splashed all over the tabloids.
