Doctor Faces 35 Years In Prison For Issuing COVID-19 Cards To No-Vax Patients

Vero Beach, Fla. - Utah plastic surgeon Dr. Kirk Moore is facing thirty five years in federal prison for destroying thousands of vials of COVID-19 vaccine, giving his patients vaccine cards without taking the shots, and injecting saline into children whose parents wanted them to believe they got vaccinated without risking the deadly side effects.

Dr. Michael Kirk Moore Jr., 58, who operates his practice Plastic Surgery Institute of Utah, Inc. in Salt Lake County, Utah, begins his trial on Monday, July 7, 2025, at the Orrin G. Hatch U.S. Courthouse, located at 351 S. West Temple, Salt Lake City, Utah.

The charges against Dr. Moore were filled in 2023 by the Department of Justice under Joe Biden, and have not been dropped yet by President Trump’s Attorney General Pam Bondi.

HHS Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. has not formally intervened, despite his agency’s Inspector General’s involvement, but did publicly expressed his support in April of this year, saying on his government verified X account, “Dr. Moore deserves a medal for his courage and commitment to healing.”

Prince Andrew has been given a boost as the FBI ended its probe into links involving the late paedophile financier and former friend Jeffrey Epstein.

There had been suggestions the Duke of York could face an investigation by the leading US intelligence agency as its new head vowed 'to do everything' to uncover people connected to convicted sex offender Epstein.

But now a new memo from the FBI and the US Department of Justice, obtained by Axios and ABC News, indicates there would be no further charges against anyone.

Investigators said they had discovered 'no credible evidence that Epstein blackmailed prominent individuals' and no 'evidence that could predicate an investigation against uncharged third parties'.

Both the FBI and the US Department of Justice have determined that Epstein committed suicide when he died in jail and a fabled 'client list' does not exist.

The contact list, which has previously circulated in various forms, shows redacted information for dozens of the Hollywood, political and fashion elite and was purportedly compiled by Epstein and his longtime confidante Ghislaine Maxwell.

Personal contact information was redacted throughout the list.

FBI director Kash Patel had been a skeptic of the official findings behind Epstein's death - but he has told podcaster Joe Rogan that since taking charge he had not found 'what you want,' which he described as 'some guy or gal committing felonies.'
