No, the truck was sitting between the stop arms which points to some fuckery. Surely the 3 people in the truck would have been able to see the train com8ng & jump outta the truck or drive thru the stop arms if truck was not stalled. See below for proof.

Was watching fox & lurking when this happened. Some c9ngressman said that there was 2 jolts to the train. My guess is the first jolt was the tra8n trying to emergency brake & the 2nd obviously the hitting of the truck. & no the truck was not dragged, looks more like it was thrown off the tracks by the initial hit.
Congressman that called in to fox stated there was 2 abrupt jolts to the train. With no evidence of the train dragging the truck my guess is the first jolt was the engineer hitting the e-brake & second being the hitting the truck.
Doubt the CF connection. I'd wager a guess he had obummer/iran connections he was gonna out. JMO.
