I saw a fraud charge against a Richard M. Harmon. The name rang a bell because of Dan Harmon, who anons had recently posted they believe d him to be a pedophile. Are they brothers?

In addition, Richard Harmon was previously the COO of Franklin Supply. This pointed me to the Franklin Scandal. Did he supply the children who were involved in the Franklin Scandal?? I know it seems a reach, but I hope you find it’s worth digging.
