Cops… they always think it's up to THEM to decide if our business is legitimate or not, then when they lose the argument, they always ask if you walked/where you're parked so they can run your tag to violate your 4th amendment aince they couldn't bully you into giving ID.
Cops trespass journalist from farmers market, which is open to the public, because they claim the permit allowing them to have the farmers market on public property makes it a private restricted event… it does not. By law, she can't be trespassed without violating a law or city code. They're blatantly violating her constitutionally protected rights.
Domestic enemies, violating our rights, constitution, and laws daily across the nation.
Cop walks quite some distance to man recording police in public, a first amendment protected activity, to demand ID, which is a blatant violation of the 4th amendment.
Domestic enemies violating our rights, constitution, and laws every day across the nation.
NYPD attempts to trespass man from public for recording, his first amendment protected right.
Cop unlawfully wants to ID man for recording in public, as man steps back to create distance, cop keeps stepping up in his face.
If we take a step back to create space and they step forward back in our face, they're a threat and they should be treated as a threat.
Cops pull man out of car claiming he looks like suspect, but he looks nothing like suspect. They wont let them take a picture of the pic on the cops phone (which you can FOIA, even if personal phone if used for police business) and do not let him go immediately when they realize it's not him, keep him in cuffs and run him and his lawful pistol.
We charge $10 for a permit for free speech
==Honest question…. why do people think judges, who represent one of three branches of government, the judicial, have the right to order or RULE that our first amendment right to freedom of press doesn't apply to a courthouse, or even a court room?
Why is it defendants are entitled to a public trial, but judges will RULE that you can't record and disseminate that trial to the public, which is a first amendment right?
Because they don't care about our rights, only their total control.
Oops

Remember, it's all an act.
During an interview, I can't remember where it is, Trump said "some of us have very bad kids".
Early on it was said "A father will do anything to protect his children" and "they don't believe he'll declassify it ALL"
Patience.
