“We have it all” means the NSA recorded illegaly, not a Justice department of the government that has evidence readily available for prosecution. The white hats know of it and most likely use it for leverage when needed and strategy planning for long term. We hypothesize that some of the more egregious offenders have been dealt with already and others made to play a role with evidence as the carrot so as not to get the stick. All is well my friends.
