first, back in day we used to have a roast chook on sundays. a #10 was 'normal' (which = 1 lb = 500g = 1/2KG )
today that SAME SPECIES of bird can grow to 2.5 KG that means the SAME species has increased in size 5x. if humans did that to cows, they would be size of 2 story house. Save on milking stools, could do it standing!
back to cooking, heat the coconut oil in a frypan, slowly cook the chook…watch what happens… it SHRINKS…where did chook go?
