Journalist Nick Bryant notes in this viral clip from the Shawn Ryan podcast that the Jeffrey Epstein case is being covered up by the federal government and will never progress because it would destroy their entire operational system.

“Epstein had cameras in all of his homes. Epstein was definitely a blackmail artist,” Bryant notes.

“The government wants to make sure that that does not come out. A huge part of our political system is predicated on blackmail,” he adds.

“If that dark, malignant corner of the intelligence that is using blackmail against our politicians and other people, if they were using children, that would make the American people erupt,” Bryant further urges.

“If you look at all the victims and all the perpetrators and all the procurers involved in the Epstein network … no one’s been indicted except for Ghislaine Maxwell,” the journalist explains.

“That really shows that our government, unfortunately, wants to stop it there,” he adds.

“Why is our government aiding, abetting child trafficking unless they’re protecting some very powerful people and a political process?” Bryant posits.

Putin Sends Message To US With Record 700+ Drones, Missiles On Ukraine Overnight

President Putin continues playing hardball and sending tough signals in the face of Trump administration criticisms, and after on Monday the White House confirmed it is reversing course on its recent pause on weapons to Ukraine, as it will instead send more.

Russia overnight launched an unprecedented 728 Shahed drones as well as decoy drones, accompanied also by 13 cruise and ballistic missiles, Ukraine's air force announced Wednesday.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky described that the northwestern city of Lutsk, near the borders with Poland and Belarus, suffered the most intense attacks and damage, and ten other regions were also targeted.

Lutsk hosts military airfields frequently used by Ukrainian cargo planes and fighter jets, and has long been a region crucial to military logistics and a hub for foreign military.

Zelensky said that the Kremlin was "making a point" with this fresh attack, especially as it comes so closely on the heels of the Pentagon U-turn concerning weapons shipments to Kiev.

"This is a telling attack — and it comes precisely at a time when so many efforts have been made to achieve peace, to establish a ceasefire, and yet only Russia continues to rebuff them all," he wrote on X.

"Our partners know how to apply pressure in a way that will force Russia to think about ending the war, not launching new strikes," Zelensky added, and called for more Western anti-Moscow sanctions, particularly targeting its energy sector.

Russia's Defense Ministry meanwhile later confirmed it launched "long-range" and "precision" strikes on Ukraine overnight Tuesday, seeking to take out military airfield infrastructure. The statement claimed that "all designated targets were destroyed."

'We're Impressed': Zelensky Now Sings Trump's Praises & CIA Director Breathes Sigh Of Relief

"They have to be able to defend themselves," Trump said Monday, offering confirmation of his weapons to Ukraine policy U-turn. "They're getting hit very hard. … We're gonna have to send more weapons."

A presidential aide to Volodymyr Zelensky has offered new insight into how Trump's reversal came about, especially related to his phone call with the Ukrainian president held last Friday, after a prior 'disappointing' Putin call.

Yermak described that Trump's decision to reverse course on the pause in weaponry was "very well received in Ukraine, especially after very substantial phone conversation" on Friday. He added in a NY Post interview that the US President clearly remains "fully supportive of continuation of the aid to Ukraine."

"He was quite disturbed by recent strikes — they've been happening for more than three years — but by recent strikes, murders with drones and missiles that fall in Ukrainian cities, including the capital of Ukraine," Yermak told the Post. "Absolutely, [Trump and Zelenskyy] are united in this. These two leaders definitely want peace, and they are absolutely against the killing."

The latest Russian assault, being widely reported Wednesday morning, involved a staggering more than 700 drones, as well as at least a dozen cruise and ballistic missiles. Moscow indicated it is seeking to destroy military airfields and logistics hubs tied to foreign defense aid.

"We're here to make things happen. Good deals — that's what matters," he said. "But let's be honest: when Russia launches over a hundred Shahed drones almost every night, along with ballistic and cruise missiles, any delay in deliveries becomes a real concern."

And then he hailed Trump, after his term in office started on a very rocky note with Zelensky. "We've seen President Trump's recent messaging on Ukraine — and frankly, we're impressed," Yermak said. "No exaggeration. The clarity, the leadership, the determination — we truly appreciate it."

Yermak also made clear to the Post that Kiev is "not here to complain" about the brief weapons pause, which American media reports made clear was over concerns that the Pentagon's stockpiles are dwindling. The White House itself has strongly suggested as much. The Guardian reported:

4 Dead, 15 Missing After Eternity C Cargo Ship Sinks Amid Red Sea Crisis

One of the two commercial ships attacked by Iranian-backed Houthi rebels—the Liberian-flagged, Greek-owned cargo ship Eternity C—has sunk, resulting in the deaths of at least four crew members, with 15 still missing. The other ship, Magic Seas, was also attacked and sank earlier this week (crew rescued).

Rescuers pulled six crew members alive from the Red Sea on Wednesday and 15 were still missing from the second of two ships sunk in recent days in attacks claimed by Yemen's Iran-aligned Houthi militia after months of calm.

Four of the 25 people aboard the Eternity C cargo ship were killed before the rest of the crew abandoned the vessel, which sank on Wednesday morning after being attacked on Monday and Tuesday, sources at security companies involved in a rescue operation said.

Since late 2023, more than 100 ships in the strategic Bab el-Mandeb/Southern Red Sea corridor have been targeted by Houthi rebels using drones and missiles.

These attacks are expected to continue until a ceasefire is reached in the Israel-Hamas war. Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has been in Washington, D.C., meeting with President Trump to discuss a potential ceasefire agreement between Israel and Hamas in Gaza.

The deal would allow Netanyahu to secure the release of 50 Israeli hostages. The attacks on Eternity C and Magic Seas mark the first Houthi strikes in the critical maritime chokepoint since President Trump announced a truce with the rebels in May.

French investigators raid HQ of biggest opposition party

The National Rally has denounced the action as “a new harassment campaign” by the government

French financial investigators raided the Paris headquarters of the right-wing National Rally (RN) party on Wednesday. Its leader accused the government of conducting a campaign of harassment.

The early morning search targeted documents and communications related to the party’s political campaigning, according to RN President Jordan Bardella. The party is closely associated with former presidential candidate Marine Le Pen, who was previously barred from running in the 2027 race.

Bardella criticized the search as “a new harassment campaign” and a blow to democratic principles.

”This display of force has only one purpose: to provide a spectacle for news channels, to rummage through the private correspondence of the leading opposition party, to seize all our internal documents,” he wrote on X. “Nothing to do with justice, everything to do with politics.”

Wednesday’s raid came roughly three months after a French court found senior RN figures, including Le Pen, guilty of embezzling European Union funds. The ruling imposed an immediate five-year ban from seeking public office, controversially offering no delay for appeal.

The party has condemned the verdict as an undemocratic attempt to sideline its co-founder and former leader from the 2027 presidential race. Le Pen narrowly lost to French President Emmanuel Macron in the 2022 runoff election.

The Paris prosecutor’s office said the search was part of an investigation into loans the RN received from private individuals. The party reportedly turned to private lending after being denied traditional bank financing, according to Le Parisien.

French campaign finance laws impose strict limits on party loans, including maximum values and repayment conditions. Investigators are reportedly searching for potential violations but have not filed any charges. Christian Charpy, head of the French campaign finance watchdog CNCCFP, previously suggested that some loans may have amounted to undeclared donations.

The RN has grown in prominence in recent years and now holds the largest single faction in France’s parliament. During last year’s snap elections, mainstream parties coordinated to block the anti-immigration, Euroskeptic party from securing enough seats to form a government. Trump's EPA Is Backtracking On Previous Promises To Crack Down On Forever Chemicals

EPA Administrator Lee Zeldin claims to prioritize combatting long-lasting chemicals called PFAS. Despite this, the agency has delayed enforcement of standards and terminated over $15 million in funding for “forever chemicals” research.

One summer day in 2017, a front-page story in the StarNews of Wilmington, North Carolina, shook up the lives of hundreds of thousands of people. The drinking water system, it said, was polluted with a contaminant commonly known as GenX, part of the family of “forever” PFAS chemicals.

It came from a Chemours plant in Fayetteville, near the winding Cape Fear River. Few knew about the contaminated water until the article described the discoveries of scientists from the Environmental Protection Agency and a state university. Given that certain types of PFAS have been linked to cancer, there was widespread anxiety over its potential danger.

In the onslaught of legal action and activism that followed, the EPA during President Donald Trump’s first term took an assertive stance, vowing to combat the spread of PFAS nationwide.

In its big-picture PFAS action plan from 2019, the agency said it would attack this complex problem on multiple fronts. It would, for example, consider limiting the presence of two of the best-known compounds — PFOA and PFOS — in drinking water. And, it said, it would find out more about the potential harm of GenX, which was virtually unregulated.

By the time Trump was sworn in for his second term, many of the plan’s suggestions had been put in place. After his first administration said PFOA and PFOS in drinking water should be regulated, standards were finalized under President Joe Biden. Four other types of PFAS, including GenX, were also tagged with limits.

But now, the second Trump administration is pulling back. The EPA said in May that it will delay enforcement on the drinking water limits for PFOA and PFOS until 2031, and it will rescind and reconsider the limits on the other four. Among those who challenged the standards in court is Chemours, which has argued that the EPA, under Biden, “used flawed science and didn’t follow proper rulemaking procedures” for GenX.

These EPA decisions under Trump are part of a slew of delays and course changes to PFAS policies that had been supported in his first term. Even though his earlier EPA pursued a measure that would help hold polluters accountable for cleaning up PFAS, the EPA of his second term has not yet committed to it. The agency also slowed down a process for finding out how industries have used the chemicals, a step prompted by a law signed by Trump in 2019.

At the same time, the EPA is hampering its ability to research pollutants — the kind of research that made it possible for its own scientists to investigate GenX. As the Trump administration seeks severe reductions in the EPA’s budget, the agency has terminated grants for PFAS studies and paralyzed its scientists with spending restrictions.

Linda Yaccarino, CEO of Elon Musk’s X platform, is stepping down after over two years in the role, she announced in a Wednesday tweet.

“After two incredible years, I’ve decided to step down as CEO of X,” she posted Wednesday morning.

Musk tapped Yaccarino, a former advertising executive at NBCUniversal, as CEO in May 2023. She was the first permanent CEO of X after 2022, according to Axios.

Her tenure included overseeing the platform’s transition from Twitter into X and weathering storms of advertiser exoduses.

She also presided over the research and development of XAI, the platform’s push into artificial intelligence. She touted her many accomplishments and teased the future of the AI platform in her farewell tweet.

President Trump Says “No Amnesty” but “Work Program” for Illegal Aliens on Farms? – Labor Secretary Calls it a “Concierge Approach” for “Streamlining” Illegal Aliens Through Work Visa Programs

“There’s no amnesty,” Trump said. “What we’re doing is we’re getting rid of criminals, but we are doing a work program.”

He added, “we’ve got to give the farmers the people they need, but we’re not talking amnesty.”

However, as The Gateway Pundit reported, deportations of illegal aliens, even the so-called “noncriminals,” are working for American workers. After a major ICE raid at Glenn Valley Foods in Omaha, Nebraska, every seat in the plant’s waiting area was filled with prospective new hires, just 48 hours after federal agents cleared out the illegals, none of whom were “violent offenders.”

Americans want to work, and allowing criminals, felony immigration law-breakers, to work in America is not “getting rid of criminals.”

As The Gateway Pundit reported, President Trump on Thursday revealed that legislation is being drafted to protect illegal aliens in the agriculture and hospitality industries while speaking in Des Moines, Iowa. According to Trump, the idea came from Agriculture Secretary Brooke Rollins.

And now, rumors are swirling that the President is being pressured to sign a bipartisan mass amnesty deal to grant amnesty for 25 million+ people who are in our country illegally.

The Gateway Pundit reported that Brooke Rollins, this morning, attempted to walk back the idea of amnesty and tell Americans the administration was still committed to fully enforcing immigration law. But the caveat is that they will do mass deportations "in a strategic way," she said.

Labor Secretary Lori Chavez-DeRemer clarified during the cabinet meeting, "what the Department of Labor is doing is focusing on what the law entails now, being more modernized, more streamlining to work through the H programs. We're going to have a concierge approach to that, where we have developed a new office to answer the needs of our farmers, ranchers, and producers, and not to displace the American worker."

So, instead of deporting illegal aliens, the Trump Administration is going to give them what sounds like personalized care with a "concierge approach" for "streamlining" law-breakers through the H visa programs, which are used to temporarily employ foreign workers.

Despite how it's worded, they are planning to give visas to illegal aliens, who are here in violation of U.S. federal law and are felons.It kind of sounds like amnesty.

Law enforcement opened a probe into Israel Frey Tuesday after the tweeted comment earlier that morning in which he appeared to rejoice over the deadly incident the night before in northern Gaza’s Beit Hanoun.

Four of five slain troops were laid to rest Tuesday while the fifth soldier, Staff Sgt. Moshe Shmuel Noll, was buried Wednesday at Jerusalem’s Mount Herzl military cemetery following a hundreds-strong procession from his parents’ home in Beit Shemesh.

“The world is a better place this morning, without five young men who partook in one of the most brutal crimes against humanity,” Frey had tweeted about the slain soldiers, four of whom served in the ultra-Orthodox Netzah Yehuda battalion.

Knesset panel suspends Hadash-Ta’al MK Cassif for two months over wartime criticism

Lawmaker, previously suspended for 6 months, hit with penalty after 12 complaints filed against him, including for calling on ICC prosecutor to investigate Netanyahu for war crimes

Hadash-Ta’al lawmaker Ofer Cassif was handed a two-month suspension from parliamentary activity Wednesday by the Knesset Ethics Committee after lawmakers complained about his criticism of Israeli troops fighting against Hamas in Gaza.

The committee said it barred Cassif from plenum sessions and committee meetings from October 19 to December 19, and docked his pay for two weeks, in response to 12 complaints filed against him, including over his request that the International Criminal Court investigate Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu for war crimes.

Cassif is responsible for a “systematic and consistent pattern of statements that accuse, both explicitly and implicitly, IDF soldiers of committing serious war crimes,” the committee wrote in its decision on Wednesday.

Such behavior “harms the honor of the Knesset and the public’s trust in the Knesset” as well as boosts Israel’s enemies during wartime, it said.

The committee said it decided to delay the sentence until October due to an upcoming Knesset recess, and the fact that Hadash-Ta’al leader Ayman Odeh is already serving a similar suspension now.

Billionaire techie turned political provocateur Elon Musk has launched another salvo at MAGA world by claiming that former Trump advisor Steve Bannon is implicated in the Jeffrey Epstein files.

The mercurial businessman, who has recently fallen out of Trump's orbit after lambasting his 'Big, Beautiful Bill,' emerged with a fresh attack against the Republican's first-term advisor and campaign director.

'Bannon is in the Epstein files,' Musk posted Tuesday on X.

The Tesla CEO was responding to a social media post from another former Trump advisor, Roger Stone.

'Why would Bannon meet with Jeffrey Epstein both at his New York home and in Paris after Epstein was convicted on sex crimes in Florida?' Stone wondered on X. 'Why would he coach Epstein for his 60 minutes appearance?'

That appears to stem from reports that Bannon allegedly helped the convicted pedophile prepare for a CBS 60 Minutes interview that never happened.

'You’re engaging, you’re not threatening, you’re natural, you’re friendly, you don’t look at all creepy, you’re a sympathetic figure,' Bannon apparently said during a 2019 coaching session with Epstein, according to journalist Michael Wolff's book 'Too Famous: The Rich, the Powerful, the Wishful, the Notorious, the Damned.'

Bannon at the time told the New York Times that he 'never media-trained anyone,' and instead the meeting was part of a documentary meant to expose Epstein's 'perversions and depravity toward young women.'

Musk's terse response alleging Bannon's involvement in the convicted pedophile's affairs comes just weeks after he shocked the world by claiming Trump himself is mentioned in the sordid files. The Tesla CEO did not reference anything in the Epstein file but rather made the allegation while responding to a social media post.

'Time to drop the really big bomb: [Trump] is in the Epstein files,' he wrote in early June. 'That is the real reason they have not been made public. Have a nice day, DJT!'

Google co-founder slams UN as 'antisemitic' in internal forum - report

Google's co-founder slams the United Nations, calling them "transparently antisemitic", says a report from the Washington Post this Wednesday.

Sergey Brin, co-founder of Google, accused the United Nations of being clearly antisemitic following a report that was published alleging technology firms profited off of the “genocide carried out by Israel” in Gaza for their technological connections to Israel, according to a Washington Post report published Wednesday.

Brin called the UN “transparently antisemitic” in an internal forum for employees, with the report citing screenshots obtained by the Washington Post. The UN report accused Google and its parent company, Alphabet, of profiting from the war by providing cloud and AI technologies to the Israeli government and military.

“With all due respect, throwing around the term genocide in relation to Gaza is deeply offensive to many Jewish people who have suffered actual genocides. I would also be careful citing transparently antisemitic organizations like the UN in relation to these issues,” Brin wrote in a forum for staff at Google DeepMind, the company’s AI division, where screenshots reportedly depicted workers debating the report.

The UN report was authored by Francesa Albanese, the Special Rapporteur on the Occupied Palestinian Territories. Albanese has been accused of antisemitism on numerous occasions, and the United States called her “unfit” for her role in recent months.

Rubio says US imposing sanctions on UN official Albanese over Israel efforts

US Secretary of State Marco Rubio said on Wednesday he is imposing sanctions on Francesca Albanese, the United Nations' special rapporteur on human rights in the Palestinian territories, over her efforts to have the International Criminal Court take action against US and Israeli officials, companies, and executives.

"Albanese’s campaign of political and economic warfare against the United States and Israel will no longer be tolerated," Rubio said in a post on X/Twitter.

The Trump administration escalated its feud with Harvard University on Wednesday, saying the Department of Homeland Security planned to issue subpoenas for information about alleged misconduct by foreign students.

The Departments of Education and Health and Human Services also said in a statement they had notified the school's accreditor that it had violated federal law by not addressing alleged harassment of Jewish students.

That could result in the loss of Harvard's accreditation, making students ineligible for federal financial assistance.

The Homeland Security Department's administrative subpoenas are in response to the university denying requests for information regarding its Student Visitor and Exchange Program certification.

"We tried to do things the easy way with Harvard. Now, through their refusal to cooperate, we have to do things the hard way," Assistant Secretary Tricia McLaughlin said in the statement.

Far-right Israeli ministers called Tuesday for halting the entry of scarce humanitarian aid into the blockaded Gaza Strip to "crush" the Palestinians, starve them to death, and stop ceasefire talks.

Following the killing of five Israeli soldiers in a Hamas ambush in the northern Gaza Strip, National Security Minister Itamar Ben-Gvir called on Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to immediately recall his negotiating team from the Gaza ceasefire negotiations in the Qatari capital, Doha.

“There is no need to negotiate" with those who kill Israeli soldiers, he said on his X account.

The extremist minister called for "a total siege, a military crushing, encouraging immigration and settlements.”

Finance Minister Bezalel Smotrich also demanded on X that Netanyahu and Chief of Staff Eyal Zamir "immediately halt" allowing aid into Gaza.

The Israeli army said Tuesday that five soldiers were killed and 14 others injured in fighting in northern Gaza on Monday.

The Israeli army has killed nearly 57,600 Palestinians, most of them women and children, in Gaza since October 2023. The relentless bombardment has rendered the enclave uninhabitable and led to food shortages and a spread of disease.

US building air bases and ammunition warehouses in Israel

The current projects total more than $250m, with future ones expected to exceed $1bn, according to a call for interested contractors originally scheduled for June but postponed due to the Israel-Iran conflict. The Israeli news site Haaretz reported on the public documents on Monday.

The US Army Corps of Engineers is using contractors to build ammunition depots and facilities for refuelling aircraft and helicopters, along with concrete structures for Israeli military bases. The documents also show that the US is looking for contractors to perform building maintenance repairs, including on air fields.

One project for hangers, maintenance rooms and storage facilities for new Boeing KC-46 tankers that Israel is expected to receive in the coming years is projected to cost over $100m.

Another project to house CH-53K helicopters is projected to cost up to $250m.

The US is also seeking tenders for the construction of ammunition storage buildings, which are estimated to cost up to $100m.

Another tender spans seven years and is priced not to exceed $900m. It includes maintenance, repairs, construction, demolition, and infrastructure improvements at unspecified locations for the Israeli Ministry of Defence.

The projects are funded by foreign military financing. Israel receives $3.8bn annually in military aid. Under this system, the US and Israel decide how to spend the funds which go to US defence contractors. Since the Hamas-led 7 October 2023 attack on southern Israel, it has also received supplemental military aid totalling about $18bn.

The US has previously used military aid to construct and maintain Israeli infrastructure. Previous public tender documents show that in 2012, the US did large-scale work at the Nevatim air base.

The Washington Post reported at the time that the US was involved in the construction of a secret complex, which was named site “911”.

The construction projects reported on Monday were planned before the recent Israel-Iran conflict.

On Tuesday, Reuters cited an Israeli official confirming that Iranian ballistic missiles hit some Israeli military sites during their unprecedented 12-day conflict with Iran.

Israeli Army Announces Rare Ground Operations In Southern Lebanon (Videos)

The Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) announced on July 9 that it had carried out several raids in southern Lebanon recently, locating and destroying Hezbollah weapon depots and other infrastructure belonging to the group.

In one of the raids in the Jabal Blat area, soldiers of the 300th “Baram” Regional Brigade located a Hezbollah compound that included a weapons depot and firing positions. According to the military, the troops demolished the site.

During another raid, the IDF said that reservists of the Oded Brigade located weapons hidden in a forested area near the town of Labbouneh, including a multiple rocket launcher, a machine gun, and dozens of explosive devices. The weapons were also destroyed.

The military added soldiers to an underground site used by Hezbollah to store weapons in the same area, and it was demolished by combat engineers.

The “special, targeted” raids were launched “following intelligence information and the identification of Hezbollah weapons and terrorist infrastructure in several areas of southern Lebanon,” and were intended to “prevent Hezbollah from reestablishing itself in the area,” the military said in a statement.

Separately, the IDF announced that a Hezbollah commander was killed in an Israeli drone strike in southern Lebanon a day earlier.

The strike in the town of Babliyeh killed Hussein Ali Muzhir, who the IDF said was the commander of Hezbollah’s firepower in the Zahrani River area, under the group’s Badr regional division.

“As part of his role, Hussein advanced numerous [rocket] fire attacks toward the State of Israel and IDF troops. Additionally, recently he was involved in attempts to restore the artillery capabilities of the Hezbollah terror group in southern Lebanon,” the military said in a statement.

The IDF said that the actions of Muzhir “constitute a blatant violation of the understandings between Israel and Lebanon.”
