At best the video proves that no one came from the outside and killed Epstein. Plausible because it would have taken more than one minute to travel from the camera location, crossed the common area gone into Epstein's cell, killed him, and returned.
However, someone could have come out of a cell on H, M, or L tier done the deed and returned without being seen on the camera view.
The spot I identified as the camera location is based on the two doors at an angle to one another and what looks to me like a third door handle at the edge of frame. This is the only location I see on the schematic diagram that fits those criteria. The wall at the edge of the platform blocks the view of the stairs going into L tier.
Question: Who was in the cells on H, M, and L tiers on the night in question? Were any of them moved away shortly after Epstein was found dead?
