And they used to have teachers colleges that were only 2 years. Now they want women to have a Master's Degree to teach grade school kids.
Teachers used to only teach until they got married so they usually only taught for a few years, then got married and had their own kids. Except for those Old Maid teachers. And they were usually the mean ones.

Homeschooling is probably the best.
If mom can't stay home and homeschool the kids then I guess a private school is better than the government indoctrination camps.
If you want your kid to have friends just have some kids over to play.
I think schools are overrated.
Seems like a lot of busy work monitored by overpaid babysitters.
There is a lot of negative socialization going on in regular schools. And not all kids care about or are involved in extracurriculars. There are lots of other avenues of getting kids involved in sports and other activities outside of what the schools offer. There are many select teams out there that even kids who go to regular schools are involved in that have nothing to do with the schools. People used to homeschool their kids all the time until the government decided to get involved in education. And a lot of wealthy people had a governess who they hired to teach their kids.
People need to realize that they can be self-sufficient and don't need government intervention.
