1. The letterhead is in black and white instead of color and lacking the location (i.e. Washington, D.C). (Is there even an official joint DOJ and FBI letterhead?)

2. There is no date on the document.

3. TO: It is not addressed to any person(s), Division(s) . . .

4. FROM: The person who wrote the Memo is not identified by name or title, and

5. The initials of the person who wrote the document are absent.

As an example, of what a memo on the Justice Department website should look like, please see the Bostock Memo, dated 12 Feb 2025 (https://www.justice.gov/crt/media/1389946/dl?inline).

At best, it is an UNOFFICIAL, LEAKED, DRAFT MEMO! Who has the authority to publish ‘media’ on the Justice Department website? . . . "

"If it is true Biden’s DOJ and FBI have destroyed evidence, the Trump's Administration has most likely already opened a NEW investigation(s), and if so, “no further disclosure would be appropriate or warranted” as noted in the UNOFFICIAL, LEAKED DRAFT MEMO. The DOJ and the FBI CANNOT respond to an open investigation.

What we don’t know for sure is when the UNOFFICIAL, LEAKED, DRAFT MEMO was written, by whom it was written, who LEAKED it, what was the motive for LEAKING it . . . ? Who benefits from Biden’s DOJ and FBI destroying evidence? Who benefits if Trump’s DOJ and FBI had to open a new investigation(s) that necessitates the ‘client list’, ‘Epstein death records’, and possibly names of blackmailed persons be sealed, AGAIN, during the NEW investigation? Who are the people the Biden’s Justice Department are protecting by destroying evidence? . . . "
