Even if the Cabal is removed the big issue that will always be with us is the human propensity for selfishness and greed. Unless people understand and live intentionally another cabal will simply grow up in it's place. The cancer is encoded into human nature. Christians have a valid and liberating message and a steadfast hope in life in all it's abundance.
The parable of the demons and the clean house.

When an unclean spirit comes out of a man, it passes through arid places seeking rest and does not find it. Then it says, ‘I will return to the house I left.’ On its return, it finds the house swept clean and put in order. Then it goes and brings seven other spirits more evil than itself, and they go in and dwell there. And the final plight of that man is worse than the first.”…
